Established patients of Dr. Jacobs (within a 30 mile radius of NYC) are given the advantage of home care. A phone call or an email, sent on the appointment page, with "911" typed in the re: space, will be answered within 24 hours. In the case that I am indisposed, an equally competent replacement will be sent to your bed side.
